I’m Aretha Gaskin, Multi Award-Winning Wedding Officiant, Certified Celebrant, Speaker, Founder of The Officiant Business School and Owner of Weddings By Aretha. I also like to think of myself as a sidekick to small business owners, which is you if you’re a Wedding Officiant or Celebrant and your desire is to use your gifts and talents to bring immense joy to couples on their wedding day.
My focus on quality is relentless and I live, eat and breath all things about wedding ceremonies! No, seriously, I absolutely love it! Not just officiating but also teaching. I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge not just with my couples but also with my colleagues, hence the birth of The Officiant Business School.
I created this space for training workshops and mentoring to help my colleagues around the world with any struggles they may have with launching and/or running a successful wedding officiating business. I've been there, done that and I have the scars to show for it. LOL!! I deliberately created all the workshops and mentoring packages at an affordable price as I know how difficult it is when you're trying to get your business off the ground, get professional development to accelerate your success, all while on a tight budget. Its not easy. I get it. I'm guessing that you’re here because your desire is to join the fun and exciting world of wedding officiating or you’re already in this business but you want to bump things up to the next level.
I’m here to help – in every way. My belief is that you are fierce at what you do and so I want to help you reveal your fierceness, but I only want to train and mentor officiants and aspiring officiants who are dedicated to providing top notch officiating services to the wedding industry and who care about human connections and want to learn and grow their officiating business.
